L’Arbre de Vie (Tree of Life)

L’Arbre de Vie is a powerful symbol of roots, continuity, and connection. Its branches extend outward while remaining deeply anchored, echoing the strength of families and traditions passed from one generation to the next.
 
This flower is a replica of the flowers that Marie Eveline drew and hooked on her rugs ans pays tribute to the women and men of Chéticamp who transformed simple materials into meaningful objects. Hooking this piece is a meditative process, one that honours patience, balance, and the beauty found in steady, deliberate work.
